Reporting to The Head of Technical Pre-Sales (EMEA), the Pre-Sales Manager is responsible for managing a team of 8-10 Pre-Sales Solution Architects across EMEA. This role provides leadership and oversight of all aspects of the specific team including coordination, collaboration and best practice.
What you will do
In this role you will maintain the existing team as well as enable team members to support customer engagements including solution positioning, scoping, development and hand-off through execution of Iron Mountain services to meet customer requirements.
You will drive the team to support internal stakeholders and sales with strategic and competitive positioning, subject matter expertise and creative solution design.
You will provide vision into market direction and execution of Iron Mountain solutions to achieve the desired impact on existing and new markets whilst guiding and leading the team to meet financial targets for Iron Mountain’s Global Digital Solutions business.
What you will bring
Experience leading or managing Pre-Sales teams in a technology focused organisation.
Proven experience in effective solution design leadings to revenue generation that met business objectives.
Experience in data recognition / analysis technologies and how they are used in Machine Learning, Data Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Neural Networks, CSP, ECM-solutions, Document Management Systems, Workflow, Business Process Management and Information Governance.
Enterprise Software for structured, unstructured data and content management.
Cloud SaaS in the content services or information management market.
Industry specific expertise around modern technologies and their impact in business transformation.
Strong background and proven experience of consultative solution approaches, pre-sales/ sales process and technology focused-solution selling.
