Thanks to our global growth plans, we are rapidly scaling up our Sales and Customer Care teams across Europe. We are now looking to recruit a Customer Success Manager to our team in Germany. The Customer Success Manager (CSM) role is a key member of the commercial team supporting SMB and Mid Market customers.
What you will do
Build and maintain customer relationships to understand the organizational business objectives and goals.
Partner with key customer decision maker(s) to aid the development of structure partnership(s) strategy as it relates to customer requirements
Ensure frequent, tactical communication to enable superior customer satisfaction and to assist in keeping the customer educated on emerging industry trends
Assess assigned customer’s current and potential needs, determining appropriate Iron Mountain products and solutions.
Research of account status to help prepare for contract negotiations. Assist in any Renewal strategies and execute on the Contract Renewal process when needed.
Be the central point for escalated service and billing issues to ensure all appropriate actions by other parties are being taken to resolve issue
What you will bring
Experience in a Customer Service, Customer Care, Account Management, Customer Success or Client Services position within a Business to Business environment
Fluent in German and English (French would also be an advantage)
Problem solving ability
Customer focused with experience of managing complaints
Ability to pick things up quickly and wants to learn new things
Experience of conducting virtual meetings with various stakeholders
Able to build strong customer relationships
Comfortable with complexity
