We have a requirement for Talent Acquisition Partner to join our EMEA team with a particular focus on supporting our various sales organisations across the region.
With ambitious revenue growth expected in 2022, we are kicking off a major project to build sales teams throughout EMEA.
*Please note, this role initially offers a 12 month fixed term contract with potential for permanency should you achieve the goals set by the Talent Acquisition Lead, EMEA. *
What you will do
In this role, you will act as the business partner for commercial leaders across 30+ counties, ensure a strong pipeline of high calibre sales talent is available. As part of this, your duties will include;
Building relationships with hiring managers throughout the North America and EMEA regions to understand their current and future requirements.
Sourcing and selecting candidates via a variety of attraction methods including advertising, referrals, and creating talent pools.
Assist HR Business Partners to define strategic workforce plans for their business area.
Managing the full recruitment process; including assessment, offers and collaborating with HR Operations to ensure the enjoyable on boarding of new employees.
Advise managers on recruiting best practice including candidate assessment and internal processes.
Work with the Compensation team to ensure we are competitive across the entire region, ensuring the manager's and candidate's expectations are managed.
Liaise with various internal stakeholders within HR and the greater organisation to assist in process and system improvements.
What you will bring
You will be a specialist in sales recruitment. This can be in an agency or corporate environment as long as you understand the profiles required and how to attract the best sales talent in the market. You must also possess the following;
Significant experience sourcing solution sales professionals of all levels via multiple channels.
The ability to understand our culture and aspirations for the future, using this to identify sales profiles that will fit our organisation and drive results.
You will have a general knowledge of relevant legislation and an awareness of diversity and inclusion when recruiting.
Strong IT skills including applicant tracking software and people management software. A working knowledge of Workday Recruiter is highly beneficial.
Self-motivated with a work ethic that will allow you to work remotely with little supervision whilst meeting the high demands of the business.
