We have a brand new opportunity for a Content Services Managing Consultant to join our Global Digital Solutions business and assume responsibility for managing the implementation and adoption of our content services technologies within our clients.

The Content Services Managing Consultant is expected to lead multiple engagements, act as subject matter experts in one or more technical domains, be highly-involved in practice leadership, drive thought leadership and solution development, and mentor consultants who report to them.

What you will do

  • Demonstrate knowledge and confidence in executing implementation best practices, Agile development, methodologies , and Nuxeo application technology.

  • Create and manage all project documentation including but not limited to budget/finance reports, staff utilisation, risk register, decision logs, project status reports and comprehensive implementation plans.

  • Manage day to day project activities such as functioning as a Scrum Master as well as activities such as reviewing user stories and tickets for completeness and progress.

  • Responsible for project governance such as reporting, risk mitigation, risk escalation, financial and status meetings, and steering committee meetings.

  • Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress.

  • Develop and nurture positive and collaborative client relationships

  • Identify opportunities where Iron Mountain Content Services Solutions or Professional Services can assist prospective and existing clients.

  • Assist pre-sales activities by functioning as a Professional Services SME for clients and internal teams.

  • Translate client needs into executable Statements of Work as part of the formal contracting process.

What you will bring

  • Extensive experience as a consultant/professional services lead with a demonstrated track record of delivering successful digital projects.

  • Direct implementation experience from deployment to development of advanced business solutions and workflows.

  • Demonstrated ability and experience executing projects using agile methodologies.

  • Experience creating and presenting professional client-facing documentation and demonstrating outstanding negotiation and collaboration facilitation.

  • Have ability and confidence working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires self-directed initiative.

  • Working knowledge of digital technologies such as JSON, JavaScript, API, XML, etc.

  • Strong client-facing skills and proven experience managing client relationships at all levels
